Around 11:15am a Hiddenite Fire POV member radioed in to the communications center of a working structure fire. Hiddenite E-351 arrived on scene confirming a working fire with flames through the roof and requested a ladder company. Our E-2 assisted with establishing a water supply and firefighters worked on scene for approximately 75 minutes before the fire was brought under control. ... (Full Story & Photos)

2024 Annual Banquet

On January 27th, 2024, our department hosted its annual banquet to celebrate the end of the 2023 calendar year with fellowship of friends and family, as well as award presentations. Firefighters in our department answered over four hundred calls for service in both Alexander and Iredell Counties combined for the year 2023.
