Rescue 1, formerly Rescue 352 was purchased from Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company in Bel Air, Maryland. It was the first custom cab apparatus purchased in the department’s history. Rescue 1 is a 2002 Spartan Saulsbury Rescue Pumper equipped with a Hale 1500GPM pump, a 750-gallon tank, and a 150-gallon foam tank. This unit has a Harrison PTO-Drive generator, front-mounted 12,000 lb winch, and portable 5k lb winch with side and receiver ports and is equipped with the AMKUS Ultimate HRT system. It is housed at Station 1 and serves as the first out on all rescue-related incidents.
